Friendly and well mannered who didn't talk down to me or use tech language I didn't understand. He understood immediately what I needed and got right to work. No wasted time. Needed help and was a bit of a rock and a hard place needing a printer for school. Jason didn’t have to but he drove out to Sooke and solved the printer issues. I will be using his services again if the need arises
